What you will do

• Develop investment content, including product updates, market insights, and educational materials for sales teams, offices, clients, and external communications.
• Act as the investment subject matter expert for product backlog management, prioritization, and platform stewardship.
• Engage directly with clients to gather feedback and improve investment products, content, and customer journeys.
• Evaluate financial instruments and investment solutions based on macroeconomic trends and financial-market developments.
• Shape the advisory service model and product mix, including complex MiFID investment products.
• Collaborate with digital, technology, compliance, marketing, advisory, local, and global ING stakeholders while monitoring competitors, regulation, and market risks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with investment products and exposure to business, technology, risk, or compliance dimensions.
• CFA Institute certification, such as CFA Charterholder or CFA Level I, II, or III completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English.
• Strong customer focus, empathy, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, build cooperation across organizational boundaries, and implement initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
• University degree and postgraduate studies; project management experience is an advantage.

• Exposure to technology, risk, compliance, or operational management in investment products.
