Quality OPS Manager

Location: Szczecin, Poland; full-time onsite role.

What you will do

• Build a middle-management layer between the Quality Director and warehouse Quality Managers and Team Leaders.
• Create and develop an ICQA role covering location audits, inventory control, and procedural and technological requirements for rolling inventory in WMS 2.0.
• Coordinate Quality teams across all warehouses, participate in weekly Q-OPS meetings, and lead monthly Q-OPS sessions for senior SCM leadership.
• Standardize quality processes and workmanship across warehouses, focusing on safety, ergonomics, efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization.
• Analyze quality data, prepare reports, define action plans, and lead quality-related projects using A3, PDCA, and DMAIC methods.
• Build a quality-focused and continuous-improvement culture.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Practical knowledge of large-scale warehouse operations, ideally including Quality Inbound/Outbound audits and Inventory Control audits.
• Experience managing teams and distributed processes.
• Strong understanding of ICQA from process and finance-requirements perspectives.
• Strong analytical reasoning, structured issue resolution, critical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PBI, and Metabase.
• Project Management experience and knowledge of Lean and Visual Management methodologies.
• Understanding of Ishikawa diagrams, flowcharts, Pareto rules, 8W, and Lean tools.
• Advanced English proficiency and at least elementary Polish proficiency.
