Senior Project Manager, Laboratory

Location: Hybrid, Beijing, China; the role description also lists Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland.

What you will do

• Act as the main sponsor contact for hirify.global Central Laboratories services and manage day-to-day clinical study communication.
• Review protocols and amendments, coordinate Clinical Laboratory Worksheets, and manage laboratory configurations.
• Create and maintain study Project Management Plans, monitoring plans, study files, and archive documentation at study closeout.
• Monitor study budgets, timelines, shipment requests, sample storage, data verification, and overall study progress.
• Prepare management reports, support ICOLabs and iSite systems, and communicate issues requiring investigation.
• Represent hirify.global at investigator meetings, kick-off meetings, bid defenses, and governance meetings while mentoring junior team members and escalating issues when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a clinical laboratory, clinical trials, or customer/account management role within a life sciences organisation.
• Relevant project management experience supporting clinical-trial service areas such as IVRS, clinical supplies, medical imaging, data management, or electronic data capture.
• Experience managing technical services across multiple clinical trials, including protocol amendments, trial reconciliations, sponsor or regulatory audits, investigator meetings, and bid defenses.
• Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent in Science, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
