Manager, Inclusion & Engagement

Location: London, UK; hybrid working with an expectation of 3 days in the office per week at the hirify.global Group HQ/Osterley Campus. Candidates must have the appropriate right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not offered.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver Inclusion & Engagement programmes and initiatives, translating strategic priorities into plans with governance, milestones, success measures and risk management.
• Lead strategic external partnerships and programmes through development, delivery, governance and evaluation, while supporting the Using Our Voice priorities.
• Oversee Employee Network activity and build relationships with network leaders, advocacy groups, external organisations and senior stakeholders.
• Manage programme and project plans, budgets, contracts, suppliers, delivery partners, governance requirements and performance measures.
• Use data, colleague insight and feedback to evaluate outcomes, identify trends, measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Create communications, presentations and briefings, manage stakeholder issues and risks, and support practical, scalable interventions across the People team and wider business. Provide temporary additional responsibility for the hirify.global Forum through 31 July.

Requirements

• Experience delivering people, inclusion, engagement or organisational change initiatives from design and implementation through evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing complex programmes, projects or stakeholder relationships with clear objectives, strong governance, accountability and a focus on impact and value.
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate across organisational boundaries and influence stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Strong programme management skills, including managing competing priorities, risks, budgets and deadlines in a structured, outcome-focused way.
• Informed and objective understanding of inclusion, engagement and organisational culture, with the ability to apply insight and good practice in a commercial environment.
• Sound judgement and discretion when navigating sensitive issues, including recognising when specialist advice or support is required.
• Confidence using data, colleague feedback and insight to inform decisions, measure impact and identify improvement opportunities.
• Effective communication skills, including tailoring messages for different audiences, communicating with senior stakeholders and translating complex information into clear, practical actions.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a large, matrixed organisation, particularly in media, technology, telecommunications or another fast-moving sector.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships and external stakeholders across the partnership lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, delivery, governance, evaluation and impact measurement.
• A digital-age approach and curiosity about using technology and Gen AI for research, insight, programme management, accessibility and stakeholder engagement, with appropriate judgement and governance.
