Workplace & Security Engineer Intern (macOS/MDM)

hirify.global is a fast-moving tech company building internal workplace and security operations.

What you will do

• Build automation for IT and security operations, including provisioning, access reviews, and reporting.
• Deploy and harden the macOS fleet through MDM, including enrollment, role-based application sets, security baselines, patch compliance, and encryption.
• Manage identity and access workflows across internal tools, including onboarding, offboarding, least-privilege access, SSO, and MFA hygiene.
• Define and maintain workplace and security processes that support certification, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the environment, perform vulnerability assessments, and follow findings through remediation.
• Resolve hardware, software, and network support requests and eliminate recurring issues through automation or process improvements.

Requirements

• Currently completing Bac+4/Bac+5 studies in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field and seeking an end-of-studies internship.
• Solid understanding of operating systems and networking.
• Exposure to security fundamentals, including access control, device hardening, and vulnerability management.
• Comfort scripting to automate tasks with Python, Bash, or a similar language.
• Comfort working in English.
• Ownership of problems, follow-through without close supervision, attention to detail, and curiosity about how systems work and fail.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, MDM solutions, or identity management tools.
