Patch Velocity & Software Lifecycle Lead (Cybersecurity)

Location: Lyon or Gentilly, France; hybrid, with remote work up to 2 days per week

Salary: €64,000–€85,333 fixed annual salary, plus short-term and collective variable compensation

What you will do

• Accelerate patch deployment across servers, middleware, endpoints, applications, and cloud environments.
• Reduce Mean Time To Patch, vulnerability backlog, and exposure to critical and high-risk vulnerabilities.
• Define software lifecycle standards, manage EOL/EOS risks, and drive continuous modernization.
• Enforce the approved software catalog and reduce unauthorized software and shadow IT.
• Embed security and compliance requirements into golden images, baselines, delivery processes, and asset lifecycles.
• Coordinate Infrastructure, Cloud, Digital Workplace, Application Owners, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, and Business stakeholders while tracking performance KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or infrastructure security.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation or remediation programs.
• Strong knowledge of patch management, software lifecycle governance, obsolescence risks, and enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, Intune, SCCM, Microsoft Azure Arc, Red Hat Satellite, Azure, AWS, vulnerability management, EDR, and SOAR tools.
• Proficiency in Python and PowerShell scripting, with advanced use of AI technologies for operational improvement.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, IT, or a related field; English and French required.
