Strategic Project Specialist - Specialty Care VIE Contract (Biopharma)

Location: Porto Salvo, Portugal. Full-time VIE assignment. Available to European Economic Area citizens aged 18–28; candidates cannot apply for an assignment in their own country of citizenship.

What you will do

• Provide analysis and recommendations to Head of Specialty Care leadership to facilitate decision-making.
• Manage strategic and transversal projects across the Specialty Care portfolio, ensuring prioritization, methodology, and alignment with business needs.
• Lead, facilitate, implement, and follow up on projects from initiation through completion.
• Integrate commercial, medical, and market access perspectives to design, execute, and monitor projects.
• Support reporting, specific actions, and interactions with EU and global Specialty Care teams and the MCO Iberia.
• Act as a liaison between Specialty Care functions and external stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in business environments, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Experience leading projects, including product launches or strategic transversal projects.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking capabilities across commercial and medical functions.
• Proficiency in Teams, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and able to influence at all organizational levels.
• Background in Business Management or healthcare education.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
