Internal Commercial Project Manager (Finance)

Location: Lisbon/Amadora, Portugal. Hybrid remote/office setup; remote work is permitted within Portugal.

What you will do

• Execute international Field Service projects and administer related financial documentation.
• Prepare documentation for monthly invoicing, collect and control costs and productive hours, and explain invoices to clients.
• Support accurate and timely monthly invoicing and financial transactions.
• Create project and WBS elements in SAP.
• Collaborate with function leads, users, support functions, and business controlling colleagues.
• Maintain department documentation and prepare reports for financial controls and auditors while supporting compliance with legal and tax regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in finance.
• Communicative English at B2 level.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Accuracy, diligence, strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP software.
