Project Manager (Industrial Automation)

What you will do

• Manage complex industrial projects from contract award through delivery and completion.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, contractual requirements, and internal procedures.
• Manage open points and project risks to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Control operational costs, profitability, documentation, customer handover, and management reporting.
• Identify additional business opportunities during project execution and support customer orders.
• Drive process improvement and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a similar field.
• 6–9 years of project management experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of project management, QEH&S standards, and industrial processes.
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel and Project, and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, planning, analytical, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Spanish or French language skills.
