Senior Product Manager for Billing and Marketplaces (Cloud)

Location: Hybrid in the European Union, France, Israel, Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands, or the United Kingdom

What you will do

• Own the roadmap, execution, and launches for billing or cloud marketplace capabilities.
• Define features with engineering leads, create near-term roadmaps, and track delivery through launch.
• Improve prepaid commitments, including customer-specific rate cards, contract changes, rollovers, balance visibility, and spend alerts.
• Drive AWS, GCP, and Azure marketplace integrations, including private offers, usage reporting, and subscription linking.
• Improve payment, collections, dunning, and delinquency flows to support accurate billing and uninterrupted service.
• Lead billing launches for new products and pricing models while partnering with Product Marketing, Sales, Support, Finance, and Sales Ops.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years owning billing, metering, payments, or commercial platforms for cloud or usage-based products.
• Strong understanding of usage-based pricing, prepaid credits, committed-spend contracts, invoices, and revenue flows.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure marketplaces, including private offers, co-sell, and metering APIs.
• Experience with card, invoice, and marketplace payment channels, dunning, delinquency, order-to-cash, tax, multi-currency, and revenue recognition.
• Experience with third-party billing or payment platforms such as Stripe or usage-based billing vendors.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and communicate billing concepts and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience at an infrastructure, database, or developer platform company.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, data pipelines, idempotency, and SQL-based billing analysis.
