Modern Workplace Product Owner (Microsoft Modern Workplace)

Location: Bulgaria and Romania; Work arrangement: Hybrid; valid visa for Bulgaria or Romania required

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the Modern Workplace services backlog according to customer and business needs.
• Translate strategy and demand into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects on service descriptions, pricing inputs, and supporting materials.
• Coordinate engineering teams through the build, testing, launch, and maintenance of Modern Workplace offerings.
• Maintain the product roadmap and communicate progress and delivery updates to stakeholders.
• Use feedback, usage data, incidents, delivery insights, and commercial outcomes to guide product decisions.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Service Owner, or in a similar role in cloud, IT services, managed services, or end-user computing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, Endpoint Management, Copilot, and digital workplace adoption trends.
• Understanding of agile delivery, backlog management, and requirements definition.
• Experience taking ideas through to successful live offerings.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken, and a valid visa for Bulgaria or Romania are required.
