What you will do

• Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts, identify legal risks, recommend modifications, and reduce contract performance risks.
• Handle litigation and dispute resolution independently or with external lawyers, including strategy development, evidence collection, and court appearances.
• Assess legal and compliance risks in business models and proposals, monitor regulatory developments, and develop preventive measures.
• Provide day-to-day legal consultations and deliver internal legal training to improve compliance awareness.
• Support commercial negotiations across business and technical departments, coordinate resources, and communicate with regulatory agencies on approvals and compliance matters.
• Research laws, regulations, and judicial cases; prepare interpretation reports and optimize legal processes, tools, and risk prevention systems.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial legal work, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Ability to handle litigation and dispute resolution, including developing strategies, collecting evidence, and appearing in court.
• Ability to assess legal and compliance risks and provide practical advice for business models and proposals.
• Ability to provide legal consultations, conduct internal training, and collaborate with business and technical departments.
• Ability to research laws, regulations, and judicial cases and translate findings into compliance measures.
