Senior AE (Motor Control)

What you will do

• Design, simulate, and implement motor control algorithms such as PID, FOC, and state estimation for embedded systems.
• Develop real-time control software on ARM/Cortex or DSP platforms and integrate it with hardware systems.
• Build Python-based tools for algorithm modeling, simulation, and automated testing.
• Collaborate with hardware, testing, and product teams to implement technical solutions and resolve engineering challenges.
• Prepare design specifications, test reports, and algorithm documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in motor control algorithm development.
• Expertise in motor control theory, including field-oriented control and state observers, and in algorithm implementation.
• Proficiency in embedded software development with C/C++, including RTOS or bare-metal development experience.
• Proficiency in Python for algorithm modeling, simulation, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with motor-driver hardware architectures and CAN, LIN, SPI, and I2C protocols.
• Strong communication skills, cross-team collaboration experience, and the ability to explain technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with mass-production projects.
• Experience in robotics, electric vehicles, or industrial automation.
