Lead Embedded Software Developer (IoT): Designing and implementing embedded software from requirements through production and commercial deployment with an accent on Linux-based ARM platforms, system efficiency, security, and software quality. Focus on developing C/C++ software, troubleshooting multi-threaded Linux systems, integrating IoT networking and security technologies, and supporting QA and performance optimization.

What you will do
- Design and implement embedded software from requirements through production and commercial deployment.
- Develop high-quality software with low defect rates.
- Analyze and improve system resource efficiency and stability.
- Support software quality assurance and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with global teams on software solutions and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of coding experience on ARM and Linux platforms.
- Strong programming experience in C, C++, and Bash; mandatory knowledge of JSON.
- Strong Linux knowledge, including IPC, multithreading, timers, asynchronous I/O, signals, and memory management.
- Experience with build tools such as Makefile, Meson, CMake, or Ninja, debugging tools, and C/C++ troubleshooting.
- Strong English documentation and writing skills required; spoken English is optional.
Nice to have
- Experience with RTOS, Yocto, Linux bootloaders, device drivers, TPM, or OP-TEE.
- Knowledge of IoT MQTT, network security, TCP/IP, encryption, decryption, and digital signatures.
- Experience with Podman containers and DevOps practices.
- Communication and project management knowledge.
- Elevator or escalator industry development experience.
