Crypto Custody PM Lead (Crypto)

Location: Fully remote, or based in preferred hubs in Amsterdam, London, Limassol, or Vilnius.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for crypto wallet security, custody transfers, new asset listings, and crypto yield products.
• Partner with Engineering on hot and cold wallet security improvements and crypto transfer infrastructure.
• Set strategy for withdrawal fees, network fee policies, node infrastructure, staking, lending, stablecoins, and on-chain products.
• Manage relationships with custodians, validators, and infrastructure providers.
• Track assets under custody growth and yield KPIs with Data.
• Represent Product during incident response for wallet and crypto rail security events.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in a crypto exchange, custody provider, or similar crypto-native business.
• Strong technical understanding of wallet security, blockchain fundamentals, and infrastructure trade-offs.
• Experience balancing security and compliance requirements with growth and revenue goals.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Security, and Treasury.
• Solid understanding of crypto fundamentals; custody experience is strongly valued.

Nice to have

• Experience with staking, lending, or on-chain yield products.
• Experience with crypto custody providers or cold storage operations.
• Background in traditional finance custody or asset servicing.
