Senior Product Manager - Web

Location: Remote within EMEA

Salary: €60,000–€80,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the roadmap, discovery, delivery, and adoption of B2B and B2C web products.
• Lead the development of a new web product from scratch and improve the website experience.
• Conduct customer interviews to identify problems and product opportunities.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and marketing to define, launch, and position new features.
• Work with senior engineers in Scrum and align them around a shared roadmap and product vision.
• Define success metrics, design A/B tests, and use data to measure business impact.

Requirements

• Five years of Product Manager experience at a technology company, including at least three years owning web products.
• Hands-on experience with B2B web products and end-to-end ownership across discovery, delivery, and adoption.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and technical constraints.
• Experience working with engineering, design, and data teams in an agile Scrum environment.
• Clear, structured, and concise communication skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced AI fluency, ideally hands-on experience with Claude Code.
• Experience in telecommunications, travel, marketplaces, startups, or fast-paced environments.
• Cross-platform experience with web and mobile products.
• Passion for travel.
