Technical Project Manager (DevOps/Infrastructure)

Location: Fully remote; open to candidates based in Ukraine or relocated to Europe.

Canadian company delivering client projects with DevOps and Infrastructure teams.

What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with the Business Development Department and Pre-Sales Team, including driving the initial project phase.
• Plan sprint and long-term team resourcing, allocate resources across projects, and manage changing priorities.
• Prepare executive summaries with estimated timelines and resource impact for prioritization and strategic decisions.
• Organize and manage projects and tasks in Jira, including prioritization and planning.
• Build trackable project plans with dependencies and risks, and provide regular status updates to leadership and other teams.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in Project Management positions.
• Experience with short- and long-term team resourcing.
• Strong clear and direct written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and changing priorities.
• Experience building Gantt charts within an Agile environment.
• Experience with Atlassian products and project management tools.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Nice to have

• Several years of experience managing DevOps and Infrastructure projects and tasks.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint or other presentation software.
