Field Marketing Intern (12 Month Fixed Term Placement)

Location: Remote within the United Kingdom, with required attendance at the Abingdon, Oxfordshire headquarters at least once per month.

What you will do

• Support marketing campaigns through collateral creation, copywriting, proofreading, email creation, and campaign reporting.
• Support virtual and in-person events by creating registration pages, promoting events on social media, preparing delegate packs, reporting on results, and attending events where necessary.
• Support the webinar programme, including creation, scheduling, registration tracking, hosting, and post-webinar reporting.
• Use Salesforce, Asana, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams to update information, manage workloads, and communicate with the marketing team.
• Create marketing communications and social media content using Taxi, Goldcast, and Canva.
• Keep wider hirify.global teams, including regional sales teams, informed about planned marketing activities.

Requirements

• Interest in marketing and a desire to develop commercial experience in the field.
• Currently enrolled in a Marketing or related degree programme and required to complete a 12-month industry placement as part of the studies.
• Good project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Confidence, self-motivation, diligence, a results-driven approach, and the ability to manage an independent workload.
• Ability to work effectively as an organised, motivated team player.

Nice to have

• Previous work experience in an office environment.
• Knowledge of one or more core languages: French, Spanish, German, or Italian.
