Focus on managing complex event operations, coordinating international shipments and onsite delivery, and measuring attendance, leads, costs, and business impact.
Location: Remote, London, England; supporting programs across EMEA

What you will do
- Plan and execute conferences, executive dinners, workshops, meetups, partner programs, and hosted events across EMEA.
- Coordinate event timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, catering, audiovisual requirements, registration, and branded materials.
- Manage event operations, including swag and collateral orders, international shipments, booth materials, show services, storage, and delivery.
- Support onsite setup, registration, vendor coordination, attendee experience, booth management, and teardown.
- Partner with sales teams and external organizations on invitations, registration tracking, co-sponsored events, sponsorship deliverables, and follow-up.
- Track attendance, engagement, costs, leads, and program results while improving processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Resourceful, proactive approach with willingness to handle hands-on event execution.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with regional sales, partners, marketing, design, demand generation, and operations teams.
- Availability to support programs across EMEA and onsite event requirements.
