Test Analyst (Payments)

What you will do

• Establish and manage the testing process within Digital Services projects and releases.
• Organize, manage, and conduct test project reviews independently, assessing whether objectives have been met.
• Execute testing across multiple projects and contribute to continuous improvement of the testing process.
• Prepare project reports and keep project management and delivery teams informed.
• Coordinate relationships with stakeholders.
• Help reduce production defects and corrective maintenance workload while improving user satisfaction and confidence in product quality.

Requirements

• Final university degree in software testing, software engineering, or equivalent education.
• At least 3 years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing.
• Experience with Selenium, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to design a testing framework and suggest modifications to an existing framework.
• Autonomy, a positive attitude, attention to detail, adaptability, and leadership skills.
• Business-fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with fraud detection systems or the payments business.
