QA Automation Engineer (Python)

Location: Remote, hybrid, or office-based in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, or the Netherlands.

Salary: EUR 2,150–3,350 gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Design test automation in line with current principles and create the Page Object Model.
• Create test scenarios in Xray and automated tests for Android and iOS.
• Integrate automated testing with a device farm.
• Automate evidence uploads to Xray.
• Report on project progress and coordinate work across the project.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in test automation using Python.
• Experience in mobile automation testing with Appium.
• Experience in Retail Banking.
• Experience with various aspects of systems testing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of software testing processes, methodologies, and good practices.
• Good understanding of testing methodologies and their application within an agile delivery framework.
• Ability to draw in and coordinate resources from across the business to address issues.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with senior management, colleagues, and business stakeholders.
• Effective oral and written communication internally and externally; ability to work in partnership to achieve goals.
• English at Intermediate+ level or above.
