AI Portfolio Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain. Full-time VIE assignment with a target start date of 01/02/2027. The program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area aged 18–28, and candidates cannot apply for an assignment in their own country of citizenship.

What you will do

• Support budget tracking, remapping, variance analysis, forecasting coordination, and budget performance reporting.
• Maintain accurate budget documentation, audit trails, and portfolio records.
• Support adoption of SNOW PPM, APM, Value Lens, and related reporting tools.
• Coordinate cross-pillar data collection and validate data completeness and accuracy before reporting deadlines.
• Monitor governance workflows from submission through approval, track SLAs, and update workflow health dashboards.
• Flag bottlenecks and deviations and support corrective actions for recurring operational issues.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, data entry, administrative support, or financial analysis.
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
• Advanced English knowledge required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup, and basic charts; familiarity with PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Eligible for the VIE program: EEA citizen aged 18–28, applying for an assignment outside the country of citizenship.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharma, healthcare, technology, consulting, or a matrixed cross-functional organization.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow, Jira, or other workflow and dashboard tools.
• Exposure to AI, digital projects, or transformation initiatives.
