Senior Business Analyst – Commercial Compliance

What you will do

• Lead workstreams or small teams on client projects and ensure high-quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Assess commercial processes and define future-state operating models.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and support end-to-end platform implementations.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and maintain project documentation such as project plans and RAID logs.
• Support CRM, events management, consent management, system integration, and commercial technology initiatives.
• Drive change management through training design, stakeholder engagement, adoption planning, and client presentations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, project delivery, or the life sciences industry.
• Experience in global or regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or financial services.
• Hands-on consulting experience with Salesforce, Veeva, or other CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical business processes, regulatory requirements, GDPR, data privacy, and consent management.
• Experience with Agile or traditional project management, workshops, stakeholder management, and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce or Veeva certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce effectiveness, enterprise rollouts, integrations, or event management technologies.
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
• Experience in leading consulting firms.
