Associate Visual Merchandising Manager (HOKA)

Location: Beijing, China; regular store visits and on-site visual merchandising work required, with responsibility for the Northern region.

What you will do

• Implement HOKA visual merchandising standards across full-price and outlet DTC stores, partner retail stores, event spaces, showrooms, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with area managers, store managers, product teams, and construction teams to deliver store displays, wall arrangements, mannequin styling, and floor fixtures on time and according to brief.
• Support new and renovated store openings through floor-plan planning, SKU capacity optimization, fixture-list reviews, VM prop logistics tracking, on-site setup, and staff training.
• Conduct weekly Beijing store visits, document VM checks with photos, prepare weekly recaps and monthly regional reports, and drive corrective actions.
• Organize monthly regional training and provide remote or on-site guidance to stores with VM issues.
• Maintain store layouts, photos, issue tracking, store counts, prop quantities, dimensions, VM inventory, and procurement information while coordinating with retail, merchandising, marketing, sales, and construction teams.

Requirements

• Ability to execute visual merchandising presentations across retail stores, DTC stores, event spaces, showrooms, and trade show spaces.
• Ability to conduct regular store visits and on-site VM checks, including supervision of displays, wall arrangements, mannequin styling, and floor fixtures.
• Ability to prepare photo-based store check recaps and monthly regional VM execution reports.
• Ability to diagnose VM execution issues and propose display optimization solutions while maintaining brand standards.
• Ability to organize and deliver store staff and regional training, including training for full-price and outlet channels.
• Ability to manage store layouts, photos, issue tracking, store counts, fixture and prop quantities, dimensions, inventory, and procurement data.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with retail, merchandising, marketing, sales, construction, product, area management, and store management teams.
• Ability to support VM order and payment processes according to company requirements.
