Senior Data Analyst (iGaming)

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end analytical projects supporting commercial, product, and marketing decisions across the Sports portfolio.
• Build advanced forecasting models using financial planning, historical performance, seasonality, and sporting events.
• Redesign and improve Tableau dashboards to provide faster, more actionable performance insights.
• Identify data gaps, improve reporting quality and accessibility, and partner with Data Engineering to strengthen data pipelines.
• Apply statistical analysis, behavioural analytics, and experimentation to drive revenue, conversion, and long-term growth.
• Mentor team members and identify analytical opportunities that mature the Performance & Insights function.

Requirements

• Expert-level SQL and strong Python or R, Tableau, and statistical analysis skills.
• Experience independently delivering analytical projects from scoping through implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
• Commercial experience using data to influence business strategy and decision-making.
• Experience mentoring or supporting team members while maintaining high analytical delivery standards.
• Experience in sports betting, iGaming, or another digital business with strong web analytics exposure is highly desirable.
