Senior Logistics Specialist (Solar Energy)

Location: Onsite in Shenzhen, China

What you will do

• Coordinate with factories, freight forwarders, and inspection agencies on ocean shipping bookings, cargo inspections, container loading, and timely delivery to overseas markets.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare logistics reports.
• Prepare and submit documentation for destination-country product conformity certifications, including PVoC.
• Analyze logistics business requirements and participate in SAP logistics module design and testing with data and IT teams.
• Manage supplier operations, including qualification, selection, resource updates, shipment allocation, freight costs, and service performance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 5 years of experience in international freight transportation.
• Proficiency in office software, including Excel, with basic data analysis skills.
• Fluent English for reading and speaking.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with destination-country conformity certifications such as PVoC.
• Experience in logistics service procurement or supplier management.
• Experience operating logistics systems such as SAP.
