Lead Product Manager (Payment Network Expansion & Integrations)

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the payment connectivity delivery roadmap and maintain a single portfolio view across planned and active integrations.
• Lead bank, payment rail, clearing, and scheme integrations from discovery and requirements through engineering delivery, certification, launch, and post-launch stabilization.
• Develop reusable integration patterns, technical abstractions, requirements, documentation, playbooks, and approaches for payment initiation, message mapping, validation, reconciliation, settlement, exceptions, monitoring, and certification.
• Lead and coach Product Managers, establish common ways of working, and coordinate ownership, delivery reviews, risk management, and escalation.
• Partner with Payments leadership, Treasury, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and external banking partners on connectivity investments and delivery.
• Ensure operational readiness, monitoring, support processes, reconciliation, exception management, payment-status processes, and escalation paths before go-live.

Requirements

• Significant product management or product delivery experience within payments, banking infrastructure, or financial technology.
• Strong practical experience delivering bank, payment rail, clearing, or scheme integrations, including direct work with banks, processors, payment schemes, or other network participants through integration and certification.
• Experience managing multiple complex integrations or infrastructure initiatives concurrently.
• Strong understanding of the payment lifecycle, including initiation, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, payment status, returns, and exceptions.
• Working knowledge of payment messaging and standards, including ISO 20022.
• Evidence of creating reusable integration patterns, processes, or platform capabilities rather than repeatedly delivering bespoke implementations.
• Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating Product Managers or comparable delivery professionals.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, product judgment, portfolio management, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Experience operating across Product, Engineering, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, and Risk in a regulated environment; experience working directly with Treasury, settlement, or liquidity teams is advantageous.
