Senior Product Manager - Payouts (Open)

What you will do

• Develop and articulate product strategy and vision for value-added payout services across SMB and enterprise customer segments.
• Define success metrics, analyze performance and customer insights, and improve the payout customer experience.
• Own product execution and adoption in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate reliable, scalable payout experiences and end-to-end change delivery.
• Research trends, market demands, and competitors in the payouts ecosystem to identify product differentiation opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product experience.
• Strong understanding of payments and payout customer experience.
• Experience integrating change into complex operational and technical environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Tenacity, curiosity, and a passion for celebrating success.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of FX, treasury, and cross-border payout flows.
