Senior Analyst, Business Analytics (Retail)

What you will do

• Set up and execute projects by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales data.
• Write client reports and construct presentations with relevant business insights.
• Work with commercial teams and consult with clients about business concerns and opportunities.
• Maintain client service standards and build ongoing relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Coordinate with delivery leaders, project and solution leaders, and client engagement teams to deliver qualified reports and favorable insights on time.
• Support team leadership while sharing knowledge with solution and commercial peers across China and other markets.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing research or business analysis in the retail or FMCG industry.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or other office software.
• Strong internal and external communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Ability to handle client requests and project delivery independently.
• Excellent written and verbal business English and the local language.
• Problem-solving, solution-oriented, collaboration, and networking skills.
