What you will do

• Build relationships with existing suppliers and negotiate pricing and promotional support.
• Analyze category and supplier data to identify revenue and profit growth opportunities.
• Expand the product catalog and develop relationships with target suppliers.
• Identify sales, merchandising, and operational opportunities and collaborate with Operations, Merchandising, Advertising, PR, Finance, Customer Service, and Business Intelligence teams.
• Analyze competitor marketing, product selection, and pricing strategies.
• Attend trade shows and travel to meet key suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, sourcing, or supply-side sales preferred.
• Reading and writing fluency in English required; high verbal fluency preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with readiness to work with Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other data tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, relationship management, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Structured, proactive, and collaborative approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
