Senior Power Platform Architect (AI)

Location: Fully remote within Latin America or Europe; must provide at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time.

What you will do

• Define the agent strategy, standardized patterns, governance approach, scaling model, and business roadmap for a supply-chain citizen development program.
• Build reusable Copilot Studio agent templates with knowledge sources, actions, connectors, and guardrails for common supply-chain use cases.
• Design a front-door interface where business users can browse, configure, and request agents from reusable templates.
• Integrate agents with Dataverse, SQL, Databricks or Fabric, SAP, and enterprise APIs using appropriate authentication and access controls.
• Set technical standards for environments, DLP, Managed Environments, ALM pipelines, testing, evaluation, monitoring, and approved model selection.
• Lead and coach Power Platform developers, support citizen developers, and explain technical options and trade-offs to business and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise solutions, including 5+ years specializing in Power Platform at a senior or architect level.
• Hands-on Copilot Studio experience, including deploying production agents with custom actions, connectors, authentication, and testing.
• Proven experience building reusable templates, frameworks, or component libraries adopted by other teams.
• Experience integrating applications and agents with enterprise data platforms, including Dataverse, SQL databases, and custom APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform governance, including environment management, DLP policies, Managed Environments, and ALM pipelines.
• Experience defining software architecture or strategy and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Must be based in Latin America or Europe and able to provide at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharma, life sciences, or other regulated industries, including GxP, PII, or audit compliance.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Functions, MCP, multi-agent patterns, or supply-chain domain knowledge.
• Hands-on experience working with and evaluating multiple LLMs, including Claude or GPT models.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, or AI-102.
