Senior Power Platform MS Copilot Enablement Engineer (Microsoft Copilot Studio)

Location: Remote from Poland or Romania

What you will do

• Design and implement a self-service support framework for non-technical users creating agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop step-by-step training materials, workshops, and visual documentation for Citizen Developers.
• Define scalable, secure, compliant Copilot Studio architecture integrated with business systems through Power Automate, connectors, and APIs.
• Provide technical mentorship, deployment assistance, and escalation support for complex agent configurations.
• Define the full agent lifecycle, including ideation, training, deployment, governance, and maintenance.
• Develop the strategy for communicating and promoting the support service to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Advanced experience architecting and deploying complex solutions in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including governance and security.
• Deep knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and low-code architecture.
• Experience designing intuitive processes and documentation for non-technical users and Citizen Developers.
• Strong instructional design and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Understanding of system integrations, connectors, and APIs for extending Copilot Studio agents.
• Ability to define long-term architecture and governance strategies.
