Trainer - Palayan

Location: Palayan City, Central Luzon, Philippines; shifting or graveyard schedules may be required.

What you will do

• Create, facilitate, and revise training materials and documents for staff development.
• Deliver multi-week new-hire training, nesting, floor-training, BQM training, and blended learning programs.
• Supervise, coach, and provide feedback to learners during OJT, nesting, TQ, BQM, and evolution activities.
• Facilitate product, behavioral, and tool-change learning sessions.
• Track new-hire progression, complete accurate reports, and implement improvement solutions.
• Communicate with clients and team members to understand needs and resolve issues.

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant training experience.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strategic approach to developing solutions and improving processes.
• Willingness and ability to work shifting or graveyard schedules.
