Product Training Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Design, update, and maintain product training modules, user guides, standard operating procedures, and interactive learning materials.
• Own curriculum evolution and use AI to improve learning speed, content relevance, and delivery formats.
• Conduct AI-centered virtual and classroom training sessions for new hires and internal teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical features into accessible training content.
• Assess skill gaps using assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, then refine training effectiveness and product knowledge retention.

Requirements

• At least six months of tenure at hirify.global.
• No disciplinary action during the last six months.
• Not enrolled in the Performance Support Program.
• Recent performance rating of at least “Consistently Meets Expectations”.
• No more than 10% lost hours, validated or unvalidated, during the last three months.
