Senior Associate - Strategy & Operations - Insurance (Insurance)

Location: San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, or New York; the listed country options are the United States and Australia.

Salary: $105,400–$155,000 USD base salary annually, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Run operational tests and pilots that shape new insurance products and programs from concept through launch.
• Partner with Analytics and cross-functional teams to track performance, synthesize learnings, and inform go-to-market decisions.
• Support a portfolio of insurance initiatives as they progress through launch and scale.
• Coordinate vendor readiness, procurement follow-through, and operational launch execution.
• Build reporting, processes, and operating rhythms that support growth and international expansion.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Product Operations, consulting, program management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience using SQL to answer business questions or evaluate performance.
• Experience independently managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn data and ambiguity into structured recommendations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing executional detail with broader business context.
• Ability to work from one of the listed locations in the United States or Australia.
