APAC PMO Manager

Location: Singapore (on-site). Office-based role with regional and international travel as required.

What you will do

• Lead and continuously evolve the APAC PMO function, including project standards, governance frameworks, reporting structures, risk management, and escalation pathways.
• Oversee the regional strategic project portfolio and lead major transformation initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Establish project KPIs, executive dashboards, prioritisation processes, resource allocation, and investment recommendations.
• Advise the APAC Region President and leadership team, facilitate governance forums, and drive executive accountability and decision-making.
• Manage commercial intake, portfolio prioritisation, business cases, implementation roadmaps, and benefits realisation.
• Improve project delivery capabilities, recommend PMO tools and systems, and coach project leaders in best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management, program management, PMO leadership, management consulting, transformation, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience leading large-scale strategic and transformational initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience managing complex portfolios across multiple countries and functions, including governance frameworks and prioritisation processes.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing skills in matrix organisations.
• Experience in organisational change management and business transformation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required. A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required; PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, MBA, or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.

• Chinese, Japanese, or Korean language capabilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent project management certification.
