Traditional Finance PMO (CEO Office) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the integrated program plan for the traditional finance roadmap, including milestones, critical paths, and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Run weekly workstream reviews, executive steering committees, status reporting, RAID logs, scorecards, and launch-readiness reviews.
• Coordinate multi-region market expansion, including regulatory and licensing readiness, localization, and launch sequencing.
• Manage external market-data and infrastructure vendors and partners required for the TradFi stack.
• Define go/no-go gates, coordinate phased rollouts, and lead post-launch retrospectives with product and engineering.
• Identify risks and blockers, drive resolution across functions, and standardize OKRs, KPIs, and portfolio dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project management experience in a broker-dealer, exchange, fintech, investment bank, or management consultancy.
• Track record delivering trading, market-data, brokerage products, or large-scale financial-services programs.
• Understanding of traditional finance market structure and products across asset classes.
• Experience coordinating multi-jurisdiction launches and regulated workflows involving licensing, compliance, and partner agreements.
• Strong executive communication, analytical, problem-solving, and trade-off decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, PMP, or CFA.
• Experience at a global brokerage or exchange.
• Familiarity with crypto assets, tokenization, digital-asset trading, and regulatory regimes across global markets.
