Project Manager Electrical / HV (Data Centre Construction)

Location: Western Sydney, Australia; hybrid role with full-time onsite presence required five days a week.

What you will do

• Support the delivery of electrical packages on large-scale data centre construction projects, ensuring safe, timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor daily electrical site activities, including programme progress, quality, safety, coordination, and issue tracking.
• Coordinate electrical design, technical submissions, sequencing, consultants, and contractors.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, documentation, inspections, and verification.
• Maintain regular onsite presence, coordinate electrical snagging and close-out, and support safe working practices.
• Identify and escalate electrical risks, interface issues, variations, and delays while supporting resolution with the wider project team.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable being based onsite full time, five days a week, in Western Sydney.
• At least 4 years of construction project management experience with an MEP skillset, ideally including high-tech construction projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, project management, or a construction discipline.
• Project management professional certification or active pursuit of one.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients through openness and shared purpose.
