Location: Sydney, Australia; hybrid work with teams in the office an average of four days a week

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end CX and digital projects, including content and CRM platform implementation, digital transformation, and support and maintenance.
• Oversee project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate designers, developers, business analysts, and technology partners.
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Build stakeholder relationships and communicate progress, risks, and issues proactively.
• Identify delivery challenges, improve workflows and standards, and support new project onboarding.

Requirements

• Project management experience in a creative, digital, or technology agency.
• Experience delivering digital, CX, website, or platform implementation projects.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing projects independently.
• Familiarity with CMS, CRM, or marketing technology platforms.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
