Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: Melbourne, Australia

Salary: AUD 180,000–200,000 per annum

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project timelines, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure successful delivery.
• Lead customers and project teams through ELMO's implementation framework and best-practice methodology.
• Communicate project progress, milestones, risks, and key issues clearly and consistently.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, roadblocks, scope changes, timelines, and budgets.
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build client partnerships and ensure SaaS solutions meet business requirements and achieve successful adoption.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering SaaS implementation projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executives, business leaders, technical teams, and customers.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with end users, business stakeholders, and technology teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Sound knowledge of software implementation and delivery processes, including change management considerations.
• Comfort working in complex and evolving environments while bringing structure, clarity, and direction to change initiatives.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
