Senior/Project Manager (Data Centre Construction)

Location: Sydney, Australia; hybrid role with full-time onsite presence required in Western Sydney, five days per week.

What you will do

• Manage large-scale construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Monitor daily field activities, information flow, progress, quality, safety, and issue tracking.
• Lead onsite progress monitoring and ensure safe work practices.
• Coordinate client, consultant, and contractor teams on snagging activities, scheduling, and partner engagement.
• Complete handover planning and documentation, and ensure expectations are met.
• Lead project meetings, improve project processes, resolve issues, and review variations and delays.

Requirements

• Ability to be based onsite full time in Western Sydney, five days per week.
• Experience project managing complex, large-scale construction projects, ideally involving security infrastructure and preferably data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Project management professional certification, or active pursuit of one.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients through openness and shared purpose.
