ET Project Lead (MedTech): Delivering the ARVIS Limited Market Release and building consistent deployment, utilisation, and operational excellence across Enovis Enabling Technologies with an accent on launch execution, clinical readiness, and surgeon training. Focus on supporting initial procedures, coordinating hospital and system readiness, driving post-deployment adoption, and preparing future digital and robotic technologies for market deployment.
Location: Surgical Australia; regular presence in the operating room is required

What you will do
- Own end-to-end execution of the ARVIS Limited Market Release and early launch phases.
- Coordinate cross-functional readiness across hospitals, sites, teams, and stakeholders.
- Oversee training for surgeons, operating room teams, and internal stakeholders, including hands-on support during the first 3–5 procedures at each site.
- Coordinate system deployment, logistics, site readiness, and operational issue escalation.
- Monitor ARVIS utilisation, address adoption barriers, and drive continuous improvement across accounts.
- Support expansion of the Enabling Technologies portfolio, including future digital, robotic, and Integrated Care solutions, while interfacing with International ET Launch & Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in MedTech, preferably in surgical technologies, navigation, robotics, or capital equipment.
- Proven experience with product launches, clinical support or field operations, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong operational execution, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Credibility with surgeons and clinical teams, with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
- Willingness to be present in the operating room environment.
