About the Role

You will lead end-to-end recruiting for European business roles, from sourcing through offer close. You will partner with hiring managers, develop hiring strategies, improve localized hiring processes, advise on market conditions, and use funnel data to strengthen candidate outreach and experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or at an agency
• Experience in a fast-growing and changing environment
• Experience building or improving recruiting processes
• Effective communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for European business roles from sourcing through close
• Partner with hiring managers in Europe and the United States to scale regional teams
• Build localized recruiting processes and implement hiring best practices
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions, hiring strategy, and consistent interviewing
• Improve the candidate experience
• Use funnel data to identify gaps and recommend improvements
