Senior Technical Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - US (East or Central); requires collaboration with global remote team members during US East or Central working hours.

Salary: $141,600–$177,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for the Autonomous and Continuous Pentesting portfolio.
• Lead customer discovery and market validation for continuous and automated security offerings.
• Own features end to end, from ideation and specification through execution, deployment, and post-launch evaluation.
• Improve product workflows and establish scalable processes across engineering, design, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
• Communicate roadmap progress, product decisions, and operational metrics through structured updates and documentation.
• Define success criteria and evaluate product performance against business and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including strategic leadership and end-to-end feature ownership.
• 5+ years of experience with cybersecurity products and preferably 3+ years in offensive security.
• Experience with continuous product discovery, user research, autonomous or continuous security solutions, vulnerability management, or enterprise offensive security products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical teams, leadership, and customer audiences.
• Experience with agile software development and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work remotely from the US East or Central region and collaborate with global team members.
