Senior Software Engineer - Data Pipelines (Cortex)

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel; office-based, with flexibility when needed. The role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

What you will do

• Own the backend strategy for the Cortex integrated detection and response engine.
• Architect and scale real-time data infrastructure processing billions of events per second.
• Transform endpoint, network, and cloud telemetry into high-fidelity, actionable intelligence using AI-driven techniques.
• Design, build, and deploy high-performance distributed systems and server-side applications.
• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle and build maintainable, resilient AI-augmented systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with distributed cloud products and designing, building, and maintaining scalable server-side applications.
• Knowledge of the cybersecurity field.
• BSc in Computer Science, equivalent knowledge, or equivalent military experience.
• Proven experience with AI workloads and hands-on experience building and scaling AI/ML workloads.

Nice to have

• Experience with MySQL, Cassandra, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, Elasticsearch, or Neo4j.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration and model serving.
• Experience with Go or Python.
• Experience with GCP.
• Experience with Kubernetes or Docker.
