Senior VIP Account Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers to support retention and identify opportunities to improve their experience.
• Provide proactive, personalised support to VIP players and resolve inquiries, requests, and issues.
• Monitor VIP player activity and engagement, and work on VIP-specific campaigns and promotions.
• Analyse data and prepare internal reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and execution of processes.
• Stay informed about iGaming industry information, policies, and regulations while ensuring data security.

Requirements

• Previous or current experience as a Senior Account Manager in the iGaming or sportbetting industry.
• Previous experience with customer retention and retention strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work under pressure, collaborate in a team environment, multitask across projects and tasks, adjust quickly to change, and focus on new priorities.
• Strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Fluency in English.
