Systems and Network Administrator (AI)

What you will do

• Administer and evolve IT infrastructure across Windows, macOS, Linux, GCP, and Scaleway.
• Maintain and secure LAN/Wi-Fi, VLANs, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, network segmentation, and 802.1X/NAC.
• Manage identity, access, endpoint, and mobile device systems, including RBAC, MFA, SSO, conditional access, Zero Trust, MDM/MAM/RMM, NinjaOne, and Apple Business Manager.
• Operate cybersecurity, vulnerability management, log monitoring, incident response, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot complex incidents, coordinate external IT providers, and maintain technical documentation.
• Automate recurring IT operations with PowerShell, Bash, and APIs while collaborating with IT Support and technical teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in systems and network administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, TCP/IP networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise networks.
• Experience with IAM, endpoint management, cybersecurity tools, infrastructure monitoring, and EDR/XDR solutions.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Bash, or APIs for operational automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, autonomy, rigor, methodical working habits, and a security-first mindset.
• Degree in IT, systems and networks (Bac+2 to Bac+5) or equivalent practical experience.
