1️⃣ Head of Account Management (Performance Marketing)
• 5–8+ years leading Account Management, Client Success, Partnerships or Growth teams in performance marketing
• Strong English, both written and spoken
• Experience growing client accounts (upsell, cross-sell, account expansion), negotiating deals and working with senior stakeholders
• Data-driven, with strong communication and presentation skills
2️⃣ Senior Data Scientist
• 5+ years in Data Science or Applied ML
• Strong Python, SQL and ML/statistics foundations
• Proven track record of independently taking projects from idea to production
• Experience with AI coding tools
• Nice to have: Ad-Tech/RTB, Databricks, Spark, PyTorch
