Staff Autonomy Program Manager (Autonomous Driving)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Base pay: $176,400–$264,600 annually, plus performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

hirify.global develops Level 4 autonomous driving technology and a universal autonomy platform for robotaxis, logistics fleets, personal vehicles, and other mobility applications.

What you will do

• Own technical program execution for the Autonomy team in partnership with engineers, technical program managers, and the Head of Autonomy.
• Manage the validation process for testing the autonomy model.
• Build and maintain the long-term autonomy roadmap, including new driving capabilities and delivery timing.
• Identify issues early, support tradeoff decisions, and drive complex problems to resolution.
• Track autonomy performance, manage the team’s operating rhythm, and measure progress using data and judgment.
• Prepare clear updates for leadership on progress, risks, and key decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, program management, or business operations.
• Engineering degree.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly understand deeply technical topics without requiring prior autonomy experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, autonomy, robotics, mobility, AI, hardware, software, or another technical industry.
