Hiring: Senior Product Manager, Payments & Acquiring 💳
We're looking for a Senior PM to own and grow a Card Acquiring product across card-present (POS) and e-commerce payments.
📍 Location: Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia
🌍 Fully remote, B2B contract
What you'll do:
• Own the product strategy for POS and e-commerce acquiring
• Drive acquiring economics: merchant pricing, interchange, scheme fees, profitability
• Lead cross-functional teams and represent the product with processors, terminal vendors and card schemes
What we're looking for:
• 5+ years in Product Management, with solid experience in payments, fintech or banking
• Hands-on experience launching or scaling card-present acquiring / POS products, plus e-commerce acquiring
• Strong knowledge of CP/CNP flows, authorization, settlement and acquiring economics
• Experience with Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Fluent English
